I tried to place my order online and my credit card declined. My card works when I use it, how come it fails when I order online?
If you have a credit card decline and your credit card works for everything else, you might need to update your credit card billing address.
You can do one of two things to get your order through:
1 – Update your address information with your credit card and submit your order again.
2 – Use your old billing address for your credit card information.
